Ed Sundean. Mechanical Restoration Specialist.
Born and raised in the Lake Minnetonka area, boating and recreation have always been a big part of Ed’s life.
He began modifying snowmobile engines in 1971 and moved into being a professional marine mechanic in 1976. Making beautiful sounds with motors has always been his passion, as well as his profession.
Ed came onboard with Mahogany Bay in 2005 and has reveled at the variety and ‘cool factor’ of all the vintage motors that come through the shop.
Known to the rest of the staff as “The Engine Whisperer”, Ed has the ability to make just about any motor come to life.
